SONGWRITERS BIOGRAPHY
Kyal is a singer/songwriter from Cape Town, South Africa.
She started singing and writing at the age of 19 and together with her father formed a band called 'INDIA'. They released a song, also entitled 'india', on the local charts which climbed to No.5 on the Top 40. (They formed their own record label in order to get airplay.)
They toured several universities and played at various places around the country, promoting and selling their CDs.
Kyal then went on to record a second CD entitled 'Kyal - Inner Sense' in her fathers' studio. The album got played on three of the top radio stations and received good reviews.
Kyal has recently started writing again, namely "Shangri-la", "Moving On" and "In my sky" which is still in its rough-mix stage.
