"Hope over hurt, soul over skin, faith over apathy." It's not only a line from one of Kevin's songs; it summarizes the mission for his music. A versatile and inspiring songwriter, Kevin believes in music's power to bring people together. He writes and performs in an effort to inspire hope, accountability and positive action.
Kevin loves most types of music and he enthusiastically wears his many influences (David Francey, Great Big Sea, Jimmy Buffett, Will Kimbrough and Bruce Springsteen, among many others) on his sleeve. In June of 2010, he released his first full-length CD, "No Schedule Man," an acoustic-driven selection of instantly-likable melodies built around uplifting, introspective lyrics.
In 2007, Kevin wrote, recorded and released “I Remember”, a 3-song EP in support of the Wallaceburg Antique Motor and Boat Outing event in Wallaceburg, Ontario (his family’s hometown).
In addition to being a songwriter and performer, Kevin is an award-winning broadcaster, speaker, writer and business person. He lives in London, Ontario, Canada, is happily married and is the proud father of two boys.
