Trevor W. Hall is a singer/songwriter from Ontario, Canada who enjoys
playing many styles of music. From rock to acoustic fingerstyle,
blues to folk he loves and plays them all. He has been playing in the Southern
Ontario area for years and has now released his first full length album,
Mistaken Identity, featuring 12 original self-produced songs. The CD was
recorded in his home studio between February and August 2013.
Trevor started playing guitar at the age of 13. After seeing a Kenny Rogers
infomercial on TV advertising the “Quick Pickin’, Fun Strummin’ Home Guitar
Course”, he immediately ordered it. Those two vinyl records and two books
got him started and for the most part after that he taught himself.
Influences include Gregg and Duane Allman, Dickey Betts, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Steve Howe, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, John Prine, etc. He hopes to be able to play for as many years as BB King!
He lives in Guelph, Ontario, Canada with his lovely wife Anne and has four amazing children Dana, Jeff, Jamie and Michael.
