Over the years of intensive concert activity, the artist has created his own musical language, which is based on the vernacular and the energy of rock music and working out with classic concertante composition ethos.
The special thing of his music is the special use of the cello.

Matthias Hübner studied at the Academy of Music and Theatre in Rostock and at the University of Music "Carl Maria von Weber" in Dresden. Meanwhile, he was a fellow of the "German Music Foundation".
He has won several competitions as a cellist and composer.
His years of classical concert activity as a soloist and in various German orchestras in artistic tension to its activity in various Rock - Metal and folk bands with exposed Cello use, led the artist to a synthesis of classical music and hearty entertainment music.
Since then he has five different ensembles regularly on tour and played many hundred concerts on national and international stages.
These include appearances at various festivals cello, guitar festivals Rock and Folk Festival as well as appearances on radio and television.
The musician has released three albums and cooperated on several other albums as a cellist and producer .
In addition to his established ensembles he works with songwriters, dancers and classical expression Avangardekomponisten from whom he works regularly given its world première.
