My musical journey began by watching my mother and brother play the piano. I wanted to make these beautiful sounds, too – so I started taking lessons shortly after my 7th birthday. 7 or 8 years later, although growing up surrounded by classical music, I was spending every spare hour in my parent’s basement (sounds wrong, I know!)… writing and recording my own music. Then came my first shot at taking singing lessons and at 17 I headed my first rock band and spent most of my time in studios around my hometown in Germany. The results were several recording projects, indie album releases and live performances in and around Europe.
In 2004, I decided to make the move to my mother’s country of origin and chose Europe?s music capital ? London. With no plan but to make music I engaged in writing new material and playing gigs around town.
Up until now my track record lists collaborations with various music productions, including Lorenzo, The Eternal Afflict, Nu Indee’s Satin Jackets and German composer and entertainer Rudi Gall. Currently, I am involved in promising collaborations with Danish award nominated music producer Troels Nygaard from Nordic Tones, Nashville-based producer Isaac Taylor, Miami-based producer Austin Leeds, London-based producer Aubrey Whitfield, and North East DJ Lee Tee, so… watch this space!
