Twenty-Three year old singer-songwriter /entertainer, Max Brenner has found his niche in connecting with his audience by combining the legacy of 1960’s folk music with classical guitar. Max has placed in the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Indie International Songwrtitng Competition, won first place at the Diamond Bar Guitar Competition and was a finalist at the Pacific Guitar Festival. He began playing at the age of 15 while attending YULA high school in Los Angeles. Max has attended the Hartt School of Music and graduated the Thornton School of Music at USC. He performs effortlessly across multiple musical genres from Classical to Bossa Nova, Jazz, Finger Picking and Blues.
In 2016, Max performed the Bernstein Guitar Concerto with the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony at The Ford Amphitheater in Hollywood. Max recently released his first album, ‘Slow Motion’ now available on iTunes and will be releasing his second album in 2018.
Max has participated in master classes with legendary guitarists such as Pepe Romero, Christopher Parkening, Bill Kanengiser and Scott Tennant.
