Mike Hamer is a songwriter living in eastern North Carolina. A quadriplegic as a result of a diving accident in 1985, Hamer has been fortunate enough to write and perform in both electric and acoustic settings, performing with Mike Hamer and the Rhinoceroses with the Angelic Choir or solo on hammer dulcimer. This cut is from his latest cd, his 7th, FINALLY COMING HOME, an acoustic album. Mike is currently working on a project of writing songs to or for friends and giving the individual songs as gifts.
